Lisa Reardon has been named the 2021 Don Richards Leadership Award winner

Waukesha, Wis. (September 17, 2021) – Lisa Reardon, CEO and Chairman of OwnersEdge, Inc., has been named the 2021 Don Richards Leadership Award winner by the Waukesha County Business Alliance. Reardon was honored based on her strategic vision that’s guided OwnersEdge through a series of acquisitions, focus on involving team members in the leadership process and community involvement.

Reardon established OwnersEdge in 2015 as an ESOP holding company to provide revenue stream diversity and greater returns for its employee owners. In the past six years, she has led OwnersEdge through six acquisitions, growing the company to $100 million in revenue. The OwnersEdge portfolio includes four 100% employee-owned businesses – Baycom Inc., CC&N, Implecho and QComp Technologies – and 325 employees.

Reardon currently serves on the board of public, private and ESOP organizations and is a member of YPO and Vistage. She’s a graduate of Marquette University where she obtained her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. She has attended numerous executive post-graduate continuing education programs at both Marquette and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Don Richards Leadership Award Background

Don Richards was publisher of The Milwaukee Business Journal and president of the Board of the Waukesha Area Chamber of Commerce (now the Alliance). Richard’s hands-on leadership, ethics and delight in achieving tangible results left a lasting impression on today’s leaders. The Don Richards Leadership Award was created in his honor in 1993 to inspire and motivate businesspeople to take community leadership roles.
